- By wrapping the heat insulation tape for molding machine nozzles around the nozzle heater of the molding machine, it prevents the release of heat from the nozzle heater and stabilizes the temperature inside the nozzle.
・There are two types: heat-resistant temperature 400℃ (MNL) and 800℃ (MNLH).
[Example of use]
- Wrap nozzle heat-insulating tape tightly over the nozzle heater of the molding machine and secure with high-temperature glass tape.

■ Applications
· The heat retention tape for injection machine's nozzle is wound around the nozzle heater of the injection machine to prevent the heat of the nozzle heater
from coming out and to stabilize the internal temperature of the nozzle.
· Two types of heat resistance temperature are available: 400°C (MNL) and 800°C (MNLH).
