Adjuster Usage Method

Recommended adjuster mounting method
On the premise of ensuring safety, raise the equipment with a forklift (light equipment can roll the equipment sideways) to a height that is convenient to screw into the inner teeth.
Screw in the adjuster through threads. After assembling the required number of adjusters, lower the forklift and adjust horizontally.

Adjuster Precautions
1. Check whether the screw can be mounted with female thread (it is recommended to re-tap after coating the threads).
2. The selection adjuster should be screwed in more than half of the thread as far as possible (the shorter thread screwed in, the greater the bearing capacity).
3. For heavy equipment, it is recommended to add lubricating grease to threads for easy adjustment.

Answer: Please use the economy series heavy load adjuster on flat ground, and try not to use it on inclined ground, which will lead to deformation of the adjuster.

Answer: Economy series heavy load adjuster does not have a height adjustment knob (handle) and is just a general adjuster.
Question: What is the maximum allowable load capacity?
Answer: •These heavy load adjusters support a maximum allowable load of up to 10kN per piece, depending on the size.
•The actual load capacity is influenced by Thread size & Pad size.
Question: What are the differences between C-CFJFN and C-CFJFNS models?
Answer: •There is a difference in material between 2 models.
•The material of C-CHJFNS is Stainless steel, so it has corrosion resistance. it is suitable for chemical environment, high-humidity and outdoor application.
