Cautions/Prohibitions

If the shaft and housing have poor precision, the bearing may not be able to perform as it should. For example, if the accuracy of the bearing mounting part is poor, this may cause the inner and outer rings to tilt. In this case, in addition to the load applied to the bearing, a peripheral stress centralized load (Edge Load) is also applied, which not only reduces the fatigue life of the bearing, but in severe cases can cause damage such as breakage and seizure of the retainer.

Correct installation of bearing heaters will extend the life of the bearings.
When properly installed and maintained, rolling bearings are reliable mechanical components with a long service life.
If you use an induction heater, the bearing will expand outward in the cylindrical direction after heating, preventing damage during installation.
Heating with induction heaters is the most scientific heating method and does not require preheating and can reach up to 110°C within seconds or minutes depending on the weight of the bearing,
without adversely affecting pre-applied lubrication.

If the bearing is installed in the following conditions, it can be removed using a dedicated puller.
(a) Shaft Shape: Cylindrical Shaft, Bearing Inner Ring I.D. Shape: Cylindrical hole.
(b) Shaft Shape: Cylindrical Shaft, Shape of inner ring I.D. of bearing using adapter sleeve: Positive shaft body hole.
(c) Shaft Shape: Positive shaft body, Shape of inner ring I.D. of bearing: Positive shaft body hole. No matter how it is installed, be sure to unlock the lock nut on the shaft (or the lock nut on the adapter sleeve) and loosen it before removing it.
