・Oil Free Bushings has such features as excellent self-lubrication, wear resistance, and low friction coefficient. Normal operation is enabled even with poor lubrication.
・Oil Free Bushings, a metal replacement used as the material of oil free bushings, have major advantages: lubrication and maintenance free, longer service life, good corrosion resistance performance, high cost effectiveness, etc..
・Oil Free Bushings bearings are suitable for clean room and contaminated environments, as well as vacuum and high-humidity environments.

Product Features of Oil Free Bushings

1. Highly abrasion resistant and low abrasion Oil Free Bushings, suitable for operating under high-speed and medium-to-low load conditions.
2. Lower friction coefficient, allowing normal use for dry-running or less sticky surfaces.
3. Oil Free Bushings Max. operating temperature +90℃ (short-term +120℃), min. operating temperature -50℃.
4. Outstanding vibration absorption, high abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance and other features.
