Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Why is there still shaking when positioning with a indexing plunger, is it a product defect?
Answer: Hello, first of all, the product itself has a certain tolerance range, allowing a certain amount of shaking. Product defect is only suspected if the shaking exceeds the indicated tolerance. Secondly, since the positioning holes and threaded mounting holes matching the indexing plunger are subject to some machining error, always pay attention when designing.
Question: Why is the rod inside the indexing plunger broken/bent?
Answer: Hello, the main stress point of the indexing plunger/indexing pin is the head part of the pin, and the middle internal connecting rod and the tail knob can only be subjected to pulling force, but not to excessive radial force. Please refer to the precautions in the product information. Always move in the axial direction during the pull-out process.
Question: What is the meaning of load min and max?
Answer: The min. load represents the initial load, and the max. load represents the load at the maximum press-in limit of ball head.
