Specifications/Overview
● XAL coating with excellent lubricity exhibits stable abrasion resistance in raw material machining in particular, and improves shape accuracy of the workpiece.
● The 3-flute shape provides chattering resistance and can be used for anything from non-step plunging to fluting.
● The unique tip pocket shape enables groove cutting at cut depth equal to that of the 2-flute type.
● Compared to 30° torsion square end mills, high speed machining with rotation and feed of more than twice the speed is possible.
XAL coating is not conductive. Conduction type tool setter cannot be used.
