Question: What are the through holes in the center of the EPF type block top surface for?
Answer: These holes are for rail mounting bolts.
Because the EPF type has a limited stroke structure, the rails are short and the block often cannot be moved when mounting the rails; therefore, the through holes prevent interference between the mounting bolts and block.
