Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: How much load can the product withstand when used with a dolly?
Answer: The maximum load for one S-300 wheel is 350 daN (357.0 kgf).
Using four casters, the maximum load is 350 daN (357.0kgf) × 4 × 0.8 [safety factor] = 1,120 daN (1142.4kgf): including the dolly weight, the capacity is up to about 1,140 kgf.
Question: Will the product make the floor dirty?
Answer: Because black rubber wheels contain carbon, they may leave black marks on the floor. If this is a problem, the use of red rubber wheels or urethane wheels is recommended.
