New Mega-One LM, New Type, Low Pressure Manual Operation Valve (FUND-91G-9.52)
NEW MEGA -ONE LM is a manual operation diaphragm valve for ultra-high purity fluids and flammable and toxic fluid lines for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, facilities, etc.
A valve that achieves high airtightness, high durability, compactness, particle-free, and dead space-free with a direct diaphragm structure
The performance of the conventional MEGA-ONE LM remains the same, but it is compact
