[Features]
· Dedicated elastomer seal used with Evac Glass™ glass piping parts .
· The 2 mm thickness type is used for connecting two glass pipes, while the 3 mm type is used for connections between glass pipes and general metal pipes.
· The elastomer seal for Evac Glass™ can withstand pressurization up to 0.2 MPa.
· Withstands vacuums down to 10-7 Pa (FEP handles 10-4 Pa).
· Can be used for ultra-pure applications via combination with quartz flanges.
· Evac Viton® can be used continuously at 200℃.
· Guide is an outer-center ring made of fluoropolymer.
· FEP can be used at low temperatures of -50°C.
