It supports food manufacturing. Food grade (NSF H1) is used as a lubricant oil for the flow path and sliding parts to eliminate anxiety about contamination. A general-purpose inline speed controller that can be used as meter-in, meter-out, and in-out.
[Features]
・ Since the mounting part rotates 360°, you can freely select the mounting/installation method such as bottom, side, panel mount, etc.
・ Slow speed type can be selected, and speed control in the low and slow speed range and speed control of small bore cylinders are very easy.
・ Ozone-resistant material is used as standard, and ozone-resistant material is used as standard for a check seal to prevent deterioration.
・ No mounting bracket required.
[Applications]
・ The opening/closing speed and speed of cylinders, cylinder valves, sanitary valves, etc., are adjusted by adjusting the flow rate with the needle rotation.
・ Depending on the circuit conditions, it is possible to prevent the actuator projection, stabilize the speed, control the reciprocating speed of the single-acting cylinder, etc.
・ Convenient for remote and centralized control of actuators and cylinders.

(i)Caution

Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
