The ER-X series supports not only "breeze" and "high speed" static elimination using compressed air, but also "airless (no wind)" static elimination that does not require compressed air.
In addition, 2-head connection is also possible, so it can be used for static elimination of various applications.
It uses a pulse AC method that alternately applies "+" and "-" voltages to a single discharge needle. Since it produces a large amount of ions and can release a large amount of ions, it enables static elimination in a short time.
The pulse frequency can be set in 8 steps according to the application, from 100 Hz for static elimination for short-distance / mobile workpiece to 1 Hz for static elimination for long distances and spaces.

Due to the flat front shape, the discharge needle and air outlet can be cleaned at once simply by brushing along the groove.

Preventing foreign objects from entering by considering the head material
In consideration of the manufacturing process of rechargeable batteries, etc., copper is not used or plated. Minimized anxiety about foreign object contamination.
By making the discharge needle a unit (set of 4 needles), the replacement work has been greatly simplified. It can be easily removed by sliding it to both sides according to the arrow on the unit.
