[Features]
· With the enhanced chemical resistance of the liquid leakage sensing band, it can be used for a wide range of applications from semiconductor manufacturing devices to food processing machinery.
· Inter-electrode resistance detection system.
· Stable detection from liquids with 50MΩ impedance to standard water.
· Furthermore, since the detection range can be set to four different levels, detections that match the liquid in question are possible.
· Alternating current detection system.
· Since alternating current is employed for supplying signals to the sensing band, electric corrosion does not occur and resulting in enhanced safety.
· Dedicated explosion proof barrier (sold separately).
· Compact dedicated explosion proof barriers that enable the use of liquid leakage detectors in dangerous atmospheres are now a series.
· Noise canceler (PAT).
· Enables stable liquid leakage detection with excellent noise resistance thanks to a noise canceling circuit that employs a three-core cable.
· Multi-channel use.
· Multiple installations in the same location are possible by insulating the power supply circuit part and detection circuit part.
· A liquid leakage sensing band with excellent chemical resistance properties.
· Employs SUS316 for the electrode part and polyethylene for the insulation coating part.
· Improved resistance to acid and alkaline substances, etc.
· Leakage detection in CMP device measuring tanks.
· Detects liquid leakage to drain pans and prevents device breakage and improper wafer washing.
· Detects condensation leakage from semiconductor manufacturing devices.
· Detects condensation in washing devices and liquid leakage to the surrounding area.
· Detects liquid leakage from the pipe joint parts of medicinal solution tanks.
· Detects liquid leakage via a sensing band wrapped around portions where there is a possibility of liquid leakage such as pipe joint parts.
· Detects wash water levels of plating machines.
· Detects the level of pure water in the washing tank.
· Prevents washing failure by controlling the level with high precision thanks to high sensitivity.
· Note: Always ground the water tank when using more than two K7L types in a single water tank in an explosion proof area.
