- Use of furnace tube and gas exchange unit will enable heating under inert environment. Depending on purpose, furnace tube material can be selected. In addition to automatic overheating protection feature that interlocks with preset temperature, it is also equipped with burnout feature that detects sensor abnormalities and completely independent overboosting prevention feature. Equipped with safety feature that shuts off power to heater when door is opened. Airtightness of gas exchange unit has been improved by adoption of O-ring. (Not completely airtight.)
