· No need to be concerned about secondary burrs. Leaves no burrs and prevents the over-cutting of the material.
· Mass production performance: The excellent performance of Daiwa Rabin differs from what is expected of a rubber sharpening stone.
· The rubber elasticity feature of Daiwa Rabin prevents the type of issues associated with cutting with a blade (cutting blade) rotating at high-speeds, striking like a flap wheel or brush.
· Does not experience the problems typical of sharpening stones such as built-up edges, clogging, chattering or the brush spreading out or its bristles falling out, further reducing the amount of time that needs to be spent on tool management.
· There is no need to make detailed settings with a dedicated dresser in the truing process, which means that dressing can also be performed easily in a short period of time without having to stop the work flow.
· Supports a wide range of materials from difficult-to-cut and hard, brittle materials to rubber and resin.
