Clean-Environment-related Facilities

Clean environment equipment is a series of equipment that removes contaminants such as dust and dirt in the air in order to maintain and manage the cleanliness of a cleanroom. The equipment required to maintain cleanliness in a cleanroom includes an air filter and a fan filter unit that filters dust, a dust collector that collects dust immediately, an air shower that is installed at the entrance to prevent ingress of dust, and a hand dryer that dries hands with clean air cleans in a short time after washing.
