● Long-life 500 million uses clear (under our test conditions) the main valve uses is a double poppet construction with many years of reliability and performance in the PC1 series.
● Both vacuum and positive pressure are possible: By adopting a pressure-balanced double poppet structure, it is possible to switch simultaneously the pressure from vacuum pressure to positive pressure -100kPa to 0.8MPa).
● Foreign matter problem prevention: The sub-base piping type has a built-in filter in the base gasket to prevent foreign matter from entering the pipe and prevents problems due to foreign matter.
● Clean/low dust: A double poppet construction without sliding parts realizes clean air blow without the use of lubricating oil.
● High flow C value 0.2dm³/(s bar): With a body width of 10 mm, the C value is 0.2dm³/(s· bar) and it is compact with a large flow rate (reference: CV0.05, effective cross-section 1 mm²). Greatly contributes to reduction of supply/exhaust time.
● One coil latch type solenoid: A latch type solenoid is realized with one solenoid, holding the switching position with a permanent magnet. Ideal for safety by retaining a vacuum suction state.
