The Sensor Cables or proximity sensor (switch) is a device that can sense the approach of an object. By utilizing the sensitive feature of the displacement sensor, it can identify the approach of an object without any contact, then convert it into an electrical signal output.

MISUMI Economy series Sensor Cables or proximity sensors (switches) are divided into two types by shape: 1. Outlet-type proximity sensor (switch): Equipped with the signal output cable; 2.Connector-type (plug-in type) proximity sensor (switch): Equipped with the M8/M12 connector, and the output cable can be extended by plugging in the M8/M12 connecting cable.

This series of products are extension cables connecting M8/M12 for the connector-type (plug-in) proximity sensor (switch).
